Trein first Dutch app to be 'featured' in the App Store

Trein featured in App Store

During the iPhone Tech Talk in Amsterdam... uhm Delft... someone from Apple Developer Relations Europe approached me about Trein. Apparently the app is well known within Apple Europe. He asked me to drop him an email for being featured in the App Store. Being "featured" may mean anything from a banner on the App Store homepage, to an icon in the New, What's Hot or Staff Favorites categories, to a product page treatment (like Sim City and Google Earth). He did explicitly say it wasn't a commitment but that he would at least try to get the "iTunes team" to feature Trein.

Dollar gaining ground

Even though the dollar is gaining on the euro, this seems a bit ridiculous:

1 euro = 0,169 dollars

The Unit Converter widget has been doing this for some time now...
